Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025 EverKin provides specialized pet loss support from a certified pet loss grief support professional with a license in veterinary nursing. EverKin offers one-on-one and group sessions to help you navigate grief. Participation: You must be 18 years or older to participate. Participation is voluntary. EverKin may discontinue services at any time for any reason. Sessions are supportive guidance, not mental health treatment. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Group sessions cannot guarantee full confidentiality. Personal information is used only for scheduling, communication, and service delivery. Scheduling & Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as outlined in your session agreement. Processing fees are non-refundable. No Guarantees: While we aim to provide a safe, supportive environment, we cannot guarantee specific emotional outcomes. Grieving is an individual process. Important: Our services are not counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, or medical care. For urgent mental health concerns, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
