EverKin provides specialized pet loss support, including one-on-one and group sessions. Services are provided by a Certified Pet Loss Grief Support Specialist and Licensed Veterinary Technician, with extensive experience supporting individuals in emergency, general, non-profit and end-of-life clinical settings.
 

Important: Our services are not counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, or medical services. They are educational, supportive, and grief-focused. For mental health care, counseling, or psychiatric concerns, you should consult a licensed professional.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee, as outlined in your session agreement. Processing fees are non-refundable.

• Participation in sessions is voluntary, and EverKin reserves the right to discontinue services to any client at any time for any reason, including non-compliance with policies or behavior that disrupts the support environment.
   

4. Voluntary Participation & Scope of Services

By scheduling or attending sessions, you acknowledge that:

• Services are supportive guidance, not mental health treatment.

• EverKin does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for mental health conditions.

• If you are experiencing overwhelming grief, depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
   

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Sessions are intended to be confidential; however, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. Personal information collected through this website will only be used for scheduling, communication, and provision of services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or emotional results. Grieving is a highly individual process, and progress varies from person to person.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or participating in our services, you agree that EverKin, its owners, employees, or contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
